Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the order dated 02.06.2010 in the light of judgment passed by the Apex Court on 17.08.2010. Consequently, revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal/revision petition against the order dated 02.06.2010 passed by the learned State Commission.
