Counsel for OPs has made offer as per the statement given below: “Statement of Sh.Arun Kumar, Advocate for OPs. I am handing over cheque bearing No.270809, dated 18.05.2011 amounting to Rs.1,37,062/- as due interest upto 7th May 2011 to the complainant on behalf of OPs as per orders passed bythis Forum and in future, the OPs will make the payment at six months of regular interval” 2. The complainant has accepted the offer as per the following statement:- “Statement of Sh.Vikram Bajaj, Complainant in person. I have gone through the statement of Sh.Arun Kumar, Advocate for OPs and admit the same. I have received cheque bearing No.270809, dated 18.05.2011 amounting to Rs.1,37,062/- as due interest upto 7th May 2011 from the OPs. As such, at this stage, I withdraw the present execution application with liberty to file afresh application in case the non-encashment of cheque issued by the OPs” 3. The respective parties shall remain bound by their statements. 4. Keeping in view the above, since the complainant has withdrawn the present execution application with liberty to file afresh application in case the non-encashment of cheque issued by the OPs, the same is allowed and the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
