          It is stated that matter has been amicably settled in FA-1171/13 and payment has been made to respondent as such the present appeal has become infractuous.

 

          Respondent admits having received the payment in FA-1171/13 and stated that no grievance against the appellant is left. Accordingly the appeal stands disposed of as having become infractuous.  

 

          FDR deposited by the appellant be released after completing due formalities.

 

          File be consigned to Record Room.
