On perusal of case file, it has come into notice of the Commission that complainant who is present before the Commission tendered a statement on 27.07.2022 that Ops have settled his grievance and he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and requested for dismissing the same being fully satisfied.

In view of the statement, so tendered by the complainant present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Parties to complaint be informed accordingly. Copy supplied to them free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
