Sri Devansh Bhardwaj, learned Counsel appeared for the applicants.

Application has been moved on behalf of applicants/appellants in Appeal No. 543 of 2018 Sony India Private Limited and another V/s Shailendra Kumar Pandey with prayer to recall order dated 13-09-2019 and to restore the said appeal on its original number.

In view of proposition laid down by Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Rajeev Hitendra Pathak and others V/s Achyut Kashi Nath Karekar and another reported in IV(2011) CPJ 35(SC) this State Commission has no power to review or recall its order passed earlier.

In view of above application is rejected.
