Learned counsel for complainant made a statement that due to some technical defect I want to withdraw the present complaint with a liberty to file the fresh on the same cause of action. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.
In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he desires so. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
