A settlement between the parties has been made. Learned counsel for opposite party No. 3 has made a statement recorded separately that the opposite party No. 3 has released the payment of compensation of Rs. 14,00,000/- (Rs. Fourteen lacs ) i.e. Rs. 6 lacs on account of death of Sat Pal, Rs. 6 lacs on account of death of Asha Rani and Rs. 2 lacs for the property damage of Sat Pal vide UTR No. CMS-2422620267 on 28.02.2022 to the insured – Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited i.e. opposite party No. 2 for releasing the same to the complainants. Learned counsel for the complainants has also suffered statement that he has heard the aforesaid statement of counsel for opposite party No.3. He further stated that the opposite party No. 2 may kindly be directed to release the amount of Rs.14,00,000/- to the complainants within 15 days from the receipt of copy of the order and that the complaint may kindly be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid statements of learned counsel for the complainants and opposite party No. 3, the present complaint is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party No. 2 – Hindustan Petoleum Corporation Limited  to release the amount of Rs.14,00,000/- to the complainants within 30 days from the receipt of copy of the order. The parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room .
