Counsel for the parties present.  They have entered into an agreement wherein the counsel for the respondent Sh. Bharat R. Pandya admits that one of the machines is in working condition and they will make the second machine functional within six weeks, meaning thereby, that both the machines will function within a period of six weeks from today.  If anybody has any complaint, they will approach the District Forum for Execution of the order of this Commission.  This order is final and the same be followed as per Law.  Stabilizer will be supplied by the complainant.

In case, this order is not complied with by the respondent or the complainant, the Executing Court will have all the power to get the decree executed. 

The Revision Petition stands disposed of.
