The complainant is present by filing hajira through her Ld.Advocate. Both the O.Ps. are also present by filing hajira. The complainant has filed a petition praying for permission to withdraw the case.

The petition is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard both sides. The O.Ps. raised no objection.

In the said petition the complainant has stated that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. As such the complainant doesn’t want to proceed further with this case. Accordingly she has filed the present petition praying for permission to withdraw the case.

It appears to us that there is no necessity to proceed further with this case.

As such the petition is considered and stands allowed.

            Hence, it is

O R  D  E  R  E  D  :-

            that the Consumer Case No. 05 of 2017  be and the same is withdrawn without any liberty to sue afresh. No costs.

            Let a plain copy of this final order be supplied to the parties free of cost.  The documents if any and the extra-sets be returned to the complainant on proper receipt and acknowledgement.
