Heard learned counsel for petitioner, on admission.
Factual matrix are that services of respondent were hired by petitioner for providing matrimonial service and a sum of Rs.2,751/- was paid for hiring their services. Petitioner being dissatisfied with service of respondent, approached District Forum, seeking grant of certain reliefs, contentions in defence were raised by respondent before District Forum that against payments of Rs.2,751/- made by petitioner, respondent had incurred Rs.4,755/- for providing matrimonial information to petitioner. District Forum, on consideration of pleadings of parties, finding no deficiency on part of respondent, dismissed complaint. In appeal, finding of District Forum was affirmed and appeal too, was dismissed.
