          Appellant and respondent, both parties are remaining absent in spite of the fact that notice was published on Notice Board of this Commission, the Bar and on Internet as well as separate intimation sent by way of abundant precaution by post on 21/01/2012.  It is mentioned that Advocate Mr.Jiniswale who is one of the Advocate who regularly put appearance for the appellant before this Commission.  Under the circumstances, we pass the following order:-

1.       Appeal stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
