Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant even today and order dated 26.09.2022 has not been complied with by the complainant as yet.
It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing this consumer complaint.
Accordingly, the consumer complaint is dismissed in default of the complainant.
