Today, Statement of Mr.Kishore Kumar, Proprietor of K.B. Overseas recorded that the the matter has been compromised with the Opposite Party and OP has refunded the price i.e. Rs.4200/- of Compressor for water dispenser. He has received a Cheque bearing No.035695 dated 22.06.2024 for Rs.4200/- in favour of K.B.Overseas in full & final settlement. As such, he does not want to persue with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of his Adhaar Card Mark-A is attached herewith.

In view of statement suffered by Mr.Kishore Kumar, Proprietor of K.B. Overseas in Person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
