Learned counsel Smt. Anjali Gusain for the appellant has appeared.

A compromise (paper No. 141) has already been filed on record, which is duly accepted by both the parties and also duly verified.

As the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly.

A compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellant be released in favour of the appellant.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary action and for keeping it in the record of original case.
