13.08.22     (National Lok Adalat)

Today the case is fixed for disposal of the appeal in National Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel Sh. Vaibhav Jain learned counsel for the appellant has appeared.

Respondent No. 1 – complainant has submitted an application alleging therein that he does not want to continue the complaint. 

Application is not opposed by the appellant, hence as per the averments and submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the complaint is hereby dismissed as being infructuous; the appeal shall stand as allowed and the impugned judgment shall stand as set aside. No order as to costs.

The statutory amount deposited by the appellant before the State Commission or the District Commission be released in favour of the appellant, as per law.  A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary compliance.  Original file be sent back to the Commission concerned.

                       File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
