Respondent – Sh. Sheetal Prasad is also present in person.

A Compromise Deed has been filed on behalf of both the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled their dispute through compromise and the respondent has received an amount of Rs. 45,000/- from the appellants and the parties have no grievance left against each other, hence the appeal should be decided in terms of compromise.

The Compromise Deed has been verified by learned counsel for the parties.

Order

Accordingly, the appeal is decided in terms of the compromise, which shall form part of the order.

The amount deposited by the appellants with this Commission, be released in their favour.
