As per the office report, no stay order or any other order has been received from the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi or any other Court.

                        This is an application, having been filed by the applicant/respondent No.1/complainant for refund of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the appellants, at the time of filing the appeal.

                        Counsel for the applicant/respondent No.1/complainant has submitted that the appellants/OPs No.1 & 2 filed an appeal, against the order dated 3.6.2011, which was dismissed by this Commission  vide order dated 1.11.2011.  He has further submitted that no revision petition has been filed by the appellants/OPs No.1 & 2 in the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.  He has further submitted that as per the copy of the sanction order, placed on the record, the remaining amount, which was due to the applicant/ respondent No.1 has already been paid by the appellants, except an amount  of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the appellants, at the time of filing the appeal.

                        In this view of the matter, there is no legal impediment, in allowing the application. The same is accordingly allowed. The amount of Rs.25,000/-, alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, is ordered to be refunded, in favour of the applicant/respondent No.1/complainant, against valid receipt and on proper identification.

                        The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
