9.                These documents were already in possession of the Opposite Parties when they were given an opportunity to submit their evidence. They could easily produce the same, had they exercised due diligence at that time. The documents pertained to the year 2010; the complaint was filed by the respondent/complainant was registered on 01.07.2013.

11.              Not only this, the District Forum was also right in holding that the documents sought to be produced, were also not relevant and essential for the just decision of the complaint.
