Today, the case is fixed for preliminary hearing. But, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that due to some technical defect in the present complaint, he withdraws the same with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action and the original documents be returned.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission is grnated to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after removing the technical defect. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant, as requested. File be consigned to the record room.
