13.08.22     (National Lok Adalat)

Today the case is fixed for disposal of the appeal in National Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel Sh. T.K. Singh for the appellant as well as learned counsel Sh. R.K. Naswa for respondent has appeared.

Learned counsel for the appellant has given a demand draft No. 026977 dated 03.08.2022 of Rs. 75,000/-, which is taken by the counsel for respondent.

In compliance of the compromise, the entire decretal amount has been paid; the compromise is signed and accepted by both the parties, hence, the compromise is hereby accepted. 

As the awarded amount by the District Commission concerned has been paid as per the terms of compromise, hence no dispute remains between the parties. 

Accordingly, the appeal is hereby decided in terms of compromise.  No order as to costs. The compromise shall form part of the order.

The statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellant before the State Commission or the District Commission be released in favour of the appellant, as per law.

                        A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary compliance. Original file be sent back to the Commission concerned. File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
