Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellants as well as respondent No. 2 inspite of several calls.

Learned counsel Sh. Suresh Gautam for respondent No. 1 has appeared.

As per the order sheet dated 25.07.2022, the service of notice on respondent No. 2 was not sufficient, as the respondent No. 2 has left the address mentioined on the envelope.

Therefore, the appellants were directed to take steps for issuance of notice on respondent No. 2 on correct address within 10 days from the date of order, but neither the steps were taken, nor the appellants have appeared today.  Hence in these circumstances, we are of the view that the appellants are not eager to contest their appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed.  No order as to costs.

                       File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order. The copy of this order be forwarded to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
