None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls.

On the earlier date, an order was passed to issue a court notice to the appellant. The notice was issued by the office of this Commission which was served (paper No. 65 to 70 in the appeal file).

A perusal of the registered court notice (paper No. 67) has shown that the appellant was not available at the address given in the memo of appeal and as per report of Post Office, the addressee has left the house after locking it much before.

Today neither the appellant nor the respondents have appeared, hence in such circumstances, the appeal is liable to be dismissed in absence of parties to the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
