                   Respondents have not put their appearance.

                   Shri Dhiraj Kumar, AR of the appellant has filed detail affidavit for the service on the respondent.  Necessary annexures are also filed.

                   Despite service, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents.

                   The order under challenge is dated 8.9.14 by which the appellant i.e. OP before District Forum has been proceeded ex-parte.  In view of the reasoning given for non-appearance which is supported with affidavit of appellant, the order dated 8.9.14 by which the appellant has been proceeded ex-parte is set aside and the appellant is allowed to contest the proceedings before the District Forum subject to costs of Rs.1,000/-.

                   On 21.4.15, the appellant shall appear in the District Forum and pay the costs to the respondents and shall also place on record the written statement.  Thereafter, the District Forum shall proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Forum.
