        It is stated that the matter has been settled in Delhi Government Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

        Copy of the settlement dated 23.07.2015 is placed on record.

        In terms of settlement Ld. counsel for the appellant has handed over a cheque of Rs. 1,32,250/- in favour of the respondent and full and final settlement of all the claims of respondent against the appellant in respect of which he has filed a complaint before the District Forum.

        Since the matter has been amicably settled, Ld. counsel for the appellant does not want to pursue the present appeal and wants to withdraw the same.

        Respondent states that he is not pressing the complaint which is pending disposal before the District Forum and he will make appropriate statement for withdrawal of the complaint. Accordingly, the impugned order stands modified in terms of settlement between the parties.

        Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.

        File be consigned to record room.
