ORDER

     One Sh.Vivek Kumar has appeared as Manager of opposite party, but he has not having his authorization letter.

     At this stage, complainant wants to make statement. Recorded in the shape of endorsement on the first page of the complaint. Per endorsement, he withdraws this complaint as the matter has been settled between the parties. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
