ORDER

1.   Heard. This order shall dispose of the miscellaneous application filed by applicant/complainant/DH for release of amount of Rs.25,000/- in his favour, which was deposited by JD with this Commission towards part compliance of the order dated 15.11.2022 passed by this Commission in CC/894/2021.

2.   Vide his separate statement, Sh.Gurvinder Singh, Non Applicant/OP/JD in person has stated that he has no objection if the amount of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by him with this Commission on 11.12.2023, be released to the complainant/DH alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any.

3.   Today the learned counsel for applicant/complainant/DH has filed an application furnishing the bank account details of the complainant/decree holder, which are as under, for transfer of amount;-

4.   As per office report, an amount of Rs.25,000/- has been deposited in official account and FDR has been prepared.

5.   In view of the averments made in the miscellaneous application, supported with affidavit and no objection made by non applicant/OP/JD, the miscellaneous application in hand stands allowed. It is ordered that the amount of Rs.25,000/-, lying deposited in the shape of FDR, alongwith upto date interest thereon, be transmitted in the aforesaid bank account of the applicant/complainant/DH, against proper receipt & identification. Office to take necessary action for release of the amount. Office should ensure the correctness of the bank account details of the applicant/complainant/DH before getting the amount transferred in his account. The present miscellaneous application stands disposed of accordingly. It be tagged with the execution application file bearing No.EA/29/2023.

6.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
