However, in the interest of justice, one opportunity is provided to the appellant.
Steps for service of notice upon respondents be taken by the appellant, within two weeks’ positively.

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
