As per the office report, the District Forum record has been received.

                        The Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, after arguing for sometime has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the Revision Petition with liberty to resort to any other remedy, which may be available to the Revision Petitioner, under law.

                   In this view of the matter, the Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs, with liberty, as aforesaid.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
