Learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia for the appellants has appeared.

A compromise (paper No. 139) has already been filed on record, which is duly accepted by both the parties and also duly verified.

As the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly.

A compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellants be released in favour of the appellants.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order. The copy of this order alongwith original file be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal / necessary information and for keeping it in original record of consumer complaint case.

Demand draft No. 419835 of Rs. 24,346/- be given to the complainant – respondent.
