          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that this matter has been compromised with the complainant whereby the OP, Shri Ram General Insurance Company, is ready to pay a sum of Rs.18,000/- as full and final settlement to his entire claim in the present complaint. Payment will be made within 30 days after submission of identify bar on 220 Stamp paper and certified copy of final report from Court.  Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has heard the abovesaid statement of the learned counsel for the OP and agrees with the same, as such, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in pre Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
