Present:-     None for the complainant.

                   Case called several times since morning. It is now 3.30 p.m. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 04.04.2014 since then it is pending for notice to OP no. 2.  The OP no. 2 could not be served for want of RC cover, copy of complaint etc.  For the last two hearings none is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  After various opportunities for about 2 years the complainant has failed to comply the order of this District Forum. Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
