Present: Complainant in person with Sh.Sudhir Nadha, Advocate.             Smt. Sanju Bala, Advocate for op no.1. OP No.2 exparte. Sh.  A.S. Kalra,  Advocate for op no.3.  
This case is fixed for today for exploring the possibility of  compromise between the parties on the request of ld. counsel for parties in the “Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for op no.3 has suffered a statement that op no.3 Samsung company is ready to pay 50% of the unit (Air Conditioner) i.e. Rs.22,500/- within 45 days after depositing AC with op no.2 in full and final settlement of the disputes and complay may be disposed of. Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of op no.3 which is acceptable to him and in case of failure by op no.3 in making payment as stated above, then op no.3 may be directed to make payment with interest and complaint may be disposed of accordingly. In view of the statement of learned counsel for op no.3 as well as complainant, op no.3 is directed to make payment of Rs.22,500/- to the complainant within 45 days after deposit of AC by complainant with op no.2 against proper receipt. In case op no.3 fails to make the payment within above said stipulated period, the complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.22,500/- alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment from op no.3. The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. A copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
