Smt.Shobha Rani, complainant got recorded his statement that due to certain technical defects, he withdrew the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate authorities after removing the technical defects. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
