Present:       Complainant Sh.Chander Shekhar Chopra in person.

                   OP1 exparte.

                   Sh.Rishi Bansal, Advocate for OP2.

                   Sh. Rishi Bansal Advocate, counsel for O.P no.2 has suffered a statement that O.P no.2 has instructed him to settle the matter with the complainant. The O.P no.2 has agreed to compromise the claim of the complainant on the payment of Rs.9,000/- in lumpsum as full and final settled amount. The O.P no.2 shall pay the said amount within 20 days from today.

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh. Chander Shekhar Chopra has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of counsel for O.P No.2. He is fully agreed with his statement and he settles his claim as stated in the said statement. He shall remain bound by his statement. He shall return the original mobile set, original bill, job sheets and charger to the counsel of O.P no.2 at the time of receiving of amount of Rs.9,000/-. He shall not claim anything from opposite parties except the above said amount in lieu of his claim as such the present complaint be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However, OP2 is directed to pay the amount of Rs.9000/- to the complainant within 20 days from today, failing which, OP1 is liable to pay Rs.500/- as penalty to the complainant. File be consigned to record room.
