Perusal of the record shows that the dispute pertains to employer and employee which is not a consumer dispute.  On last date of hearing, Complainant was directed to satisfy the Bench on maintainability of the complaint. Today no one appeared on behalf of complainant.  Hence matter is not maintianable Hence, Consumer Court has no locus to decide these kind of matters. Hence complaint is dismissed.
