BY THE STATE COMMISSION ( PER HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE NISHA GUPTA,PRESIDENT):

 

This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 19.11.2015 of the court below whereby the appellant has been allowed the booking amount of LED TV Rs.13,200/- with 9% interest and cost of proceedings has also been allowed.

 

The contention of the appellant is that he was ready to pay the amount but delivery of LED TV has not been given to him.

 

No efforts have been made by the appellant to have the delivery of the LED TV and admittedly he has paid only Rs.13200/- to the respondent which was rightly ordered to be refunded to the appellant. There is no merit in the appeal and the appeal is liable to be rejected.
