                   Sh.A.N.Juneja, Advocate for respondent no.1.

                   Respondent no.2 exparte.

 

                   Ld. counsel for respondent no.1 has produced the copy of the confirmation letter addressed to Mr.Ravit Kumar complainant by HTC India Private Limited, vide which, it has been mentioned that he has received a cheque of INR 10,700/- as refund of his device + compensation charges as ordered by court of law, duly receipt by complainant Ravit Kumar alongwith ID proof of complainant Ravit Kumar. So, the present execution application stands disposed of. However, applicant is at liberty to file fresh execution, in case, it is found that receipt is not genuine and applicant has not received the demand draft from the respondent no.2. File be consigned to record room.
