ORDER

     Case taken up today on the application moved for preponing of the matter with the permission to withdraw the complaint, duly signed by complainant as well as counsel for OP No.2 & 3, on 12.02.2021. In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Heard. Complainant as well as counsel for OP No.2 & 3 through video conferencing have confirmed the signing of the application dated 12.02.2021 scribed by them. In view of the contents of the application dated 12.02.2021 (Ex.CA), this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled. Contents of the Ex.CA signed by complainant as well as counsel for OP No.2 & 3 shall be part of this order. The matter stood disposed of accordingly. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of application (Ex.CA). 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
