                   As per order dated 04.03.2022 contained in letter No.594, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

2.                File taken up today on the Civil Miscellaneous Application bearing No.12 of 2023 filed by learned counsel for the applicant-complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint.

 3.               Mr. Y.P. Sharma, counsel for complainant has also made a statement that on the instructions of complainant he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

 

4.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Y.P. Sharma, learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
