                    File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Ms. Rajni, Advocate along with Mr. Bahadur Singh, counsel for the applicant/Decree Holder-complainant has suffered a statement that he has received one demand draft bearing No. 561355 dated 03.05.2023 amounting to Rs.42,000/- (Rs. FortyTwo Thousand) of HDFC Bank, Gurgaon from Judgment Debtors-opposite parties as full and final payment. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Miscellaneous Application bearing No. 115 of 2022 as well as execution application as the matter has been fully settled between both the parties and being fully satisfied.His statement in this regard recorded separately.

 

3.                In view of the above-mentioned development made by Ms. Rajni, Advocate along with Mr. Bahadur Singh, counsel for the applicant/Decree Holder-complainant, the present execution application stands dismissed being fully satisfied.

4.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained.

5.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

6.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
