None is present on behalf of the revisionist.

On the previous date, i.e., 16.12.2021, following order was passed by this Commission:

“Case is called out.

Sh. Mohd. Ahsan, learned counsel for the revisionist is present through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the consumer complaint has been decided by the learned District Commission and prays for granting 10 days’ time for filing the certified copy of the judgment and order passed by the learned District Commission.

Time is allowed.

Put up on 11.01.2022 for hearing on admission.”

No certified copy of judgment and order passed by the District Commission in the consumer complaint has been filed by the revisionist, but the learned counsel for the revisionist had given a statement before this Commission on the previous date that the consumer complaint has been decided by the learned District Commission.  Hence, this revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed, having become infructuous.
