| Final Order / Judgement | Sh.Jasstaran Chhatwal, Advocate has appeared on behalf of Opposite Party No.1&2 and Sh.Amit Kumar Soni, Advocate has appeared on behalf of Opposite Parties No. 3 and Sh. Sukhbeer Singh Ghai, Advocate appeared on behalf of Opposite party No. 4 and filed their power of attorney and Memo of appearance. Sh. Munish Jindal, complainant alongwith with counsel also made a following separate statement to this effect:- Stated that as the matter in dispute has been compromised, and as per this compromise today I have received DD. No. 504841 dated 20.02.2024, amount of Rs. 45076/-, Hence, I withdraw the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. I have no further claims pending with the opposite party i.e Sennheiser Electronics. In view of the statement made by Complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs.
