Order No. 15, Dated: 31.01.2019

Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the complaint shall not be dismissed for default due to non-prosecution.

Today the complainant is also found absent on call. No step taken on behalf of the complainant. It is found from the record that the complainant is very much negligent to proceed with the case and previously on one occasion the complainant was directed to show cause due to non-prosecution. So the intention of the complainant is very much clear that he is not willing to proceed with the complaint further. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 225/2017 be and the same is dismissed for default due to non-prosecution without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
