ORDER

Complaint is allowed against O.P.s No.2 and 3 and Dismissed against O.P.1. 1.O.P.2 and 3 are directed to pay damages of Rs.2,500/-with cost of Rs.500/- to the Complainant within a period of two months from the date of reciept of this order.failing which this amount shall carry interest at the rate of 10% p.a. till the date of payment. 2. Send certified copies of this judgememt and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the O.P.3 and to the Complainant under C.O.P
