Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.   Complainant side is personally present. Show cause has been filed.  But no step has been taken by the complainant in the matter of filing postal receipt and postal TR.  This matter is clearly indicating that the complainant has not complied the direction of the District Commission given in order No. no 3 dated 29/06/2022.

As the said direction has not carried out, show cause cannot be accepted.

In the result it accordingly ordered that this complaint case no. 85/2022 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the commission order.
