                              Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that NOC from Canada & America of other LRs has not been received till today, he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file afresh complaint.  

                              In view of the aforesaid statement of the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, at the same cause of action, if so desired, as per law. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
