The appellant is the complainant in CC.169/09 in the file of CDRF, Idukki.  The complaint stands dismissed with the direction to settle the matter within 2 months.  It is seen from the order that the complainant was absent and there was no representation.

In the circumstances the order of the Forum is set aside.  The Forum is directed to dispose of the matter on merits at the earliest at any rate within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.  The Forum will issue notice to the opposite parties.  The case stands posted before the Forum on 5/5/2011.
