Learned counsel Mr. M. Rahaman is present on behalf of the complainant.
OP- Sr. Manager, TSECL, Kailashahar Division himself has appeared before the Forum and submitted a prayer.
In the prayer OP has stated that the complainant Achia Begam has filed case against TSECL, Kailashahar Division and being the Sr. Manager he is not willing to contest the case and like to settle the dispute. It is further stated in the prayer that the disputed bill for an amount of Rs. 4877.76 raised against the complainant for the period from 02-01-2018 to 01-02-2018 shall be cancelled and average bill of Rs. 400/- per month, as admitted by the complainant will be raised since 02-01-2018 to till date.
Heard Mr. Plaban Das, Sr. Manager, TSECL, Kailashahar Division and he has also submitted in the same tune as has been stated in his petition.
Heard learned counsel of the complainant. He submits that if the case is compromised on the condition as referred to the petition submitted by the OP, he has no objection.
As such, considering the oral submission of the learned counsel of the complainant and the written prayer of the OP, the case stands disposed of on compromise on condition that the OP shall cancel the bill for an amount of Rs. 4877.76 for the period from 02-01-2018 to 01-02-2018 raised against the complainant vide Bill No. 5000011675052, dated 14-02-2018 and shall raise average bill of Rs. 400/- per month in the name of the complainant commencing from 02-01-2018 to till today (the 3rd April, 2019).
Furnish copy of this order to the complainant free of cost through her engaged learned counsel.
Also transmit copy of this order to the OP directly.
