Complainant present. OP 3 deleted from the case. OP 1, 2 and 4 absent inspite of receipt of notice. Complainant prays for allowing the condonation application of 60 days delay. Seen that the delay is due to the fact that Complainant had earlier approached the Hon'ble High Court of Meghalaya and case was disposed off after sometime and it also took time by the Opposite Party/New India Assurance to convey its final decision to the Complainant that Opposite Party has expediated the claim of the Complainant. The delay on the part of the Complainant is not intentional, but who had also approached the Hon'ble High Court for his grivances. The delay of 60 days to file the complaint is hereby condoned. Instant case stands disposed off hereby allowed.
