ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                        JUDGMENT

            Both parties found absent on call. The agreement period is already over since 20.4.2017. Since both parties are absent to call, we are unable to know the latest position of vehicle and loan amount. We are therefore dispose the consumer complaint that the complainant shall pay the amount of the opposite parties within three months, failing which opposite parties are free to recover the vehicle and take action as per agreement and law. With the aforesaid observation and direction consumer complaint is disposed of without any cost.
